06:30 – Morning run or a brisk walk in the beautiful North Yorkshire Dales.
07:30 – Healthy Breakfast
08:30 – Boxing sensation
10:00 – Snack and a short break
10:30 – Fat burning circuits
12:00 – Lunch and a chill
13:30 – A long hike in the Dales
16:30 – An hour of surprise exercises – working together
17:30 – Stretching and similar exercises
19:30 – Well deserved delicious healthy dinner
After dinner you can book time in to have your life coaching session, spend time with the other bootcampers. Or you could even book yourself in for one of the many transformational beauty treatments which are on offer.
Or simply retire to your bed for a well earned rest as tomorrow you'll be doing the same again.
